Every watch is shipped fully insured via DHL Express or FedEx International Priority. Most orders leave our workshop within 1— business days. Tracking is provided as soon as the label is created. Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise stated.
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the watch is returned in the same condition as shipped. Custom orders, strap cuts, and modified pieces are final sale. Return shipping is paid by the buyer; we recommend the same insured carrier used for delivery.

If a watch we sell proves to be significantly different from our description, we will refund the purchase in full, including return shipping.
